Pros

Able to work independently, able to get time off fairly often/short notice if needed. Training and learning opportunities were available. Good for fresh out of college...maybe

Cons

No room for advancement, low communication and low structured management. Inequal opportunities. Out of touch (and rude and immature) CEO. Lack of professionalism. Minimal benefits. There were others too many to list. Overall, this company was not good place to grow your career or just grow old to.

Pros

So please understand I’m a newer employee I’ve been here just about 4 weeks, and I’m not the kind of person who needs a ton of hand holding and training to get started, so when I started all I had to do was explain what I needed to my team lead and he let me do what I needed to understand the system and figure things out, the other people I’ve worked with so far have not just been helpful but have totally welcomed me with open arms!!! It’s truly been an amazing process and I’m proud to say I work at member first!

Cons

None!!!! I literally have not found anything that I would complain about with this company

Cons

Horrible company that does care or invest in their employees. At first it seems fine, then you start noticing how fake people can be and how fast things change when money gets involved. Good employees disappear, nobody explains anything, and somehow their work just lands on your desk. Politics is rampant, quiet backdoor decisions, and plenty of lying about what is actually going on. The more you give, the more they expect, and having a personal life slowly becomes one of those problems nobody wants to hear about. If you’re making decent money, don’t get too comfortable because that can put a target on you.
