Pros
The staff is mostly friendly and the business model is solid. If you are motivated and enjoy challenging work, it's not a bad place to work. The company has decent benefits, but the medical is deceiving. Perks include remote worker policy and decent time off.
Cons
I tend to agree with the one review which states the culture is deceiving. In the last two -three years the company culture has tried to mature, unfortunately it's become totally focused on appearances (that and the Christmas Party). The random, reactionary policies prove that appearances are the only thing the company focuses upon. The new offices look great, especially to clients, but that's it. If you're not in your seat during a walk-thru, then you'll hear about it. The work environment really is not practical for staff who are frequently on calls or need any level of concentration. General lack of communication and there is very little transparency There is no shortage of busses to be thrown so watch your back, especially if you're not part of the "in-crowd". The company is notorious for being cheap and doing things half baked, which is evident in the support that we get from our vendors. Don't ask questions or speak up, you'll get demoted.
