Senior management are very accessible to you, not only within your own office but HQ too. Ask for help and you will get it. If you want to succeed, management will do whatever they can to help you.
Cons
The pressure to preform may get to some people. However once you learn to deal with this and strive on it, it gives you adrenaline! At the very beginning work life balance is tough. The harder you work at the start, the easier your time is in the long run. So its worth it.
