I'll share a few experiences of my time at this company: The micromanagement was something like I had never experienced before, the management team would sit on the phone with you listening in and be up in your face telling you what to say whilst you were on the phone to customers. No freedom or autonomy - had an appointment once and I got yelled at across the floor for leaving 2 mins early. I felt bullied by senior management as did others - there was an instance were a poor employee had been put on a pip basically pushed out although she was performing because her personality didn't fit what the misogynistic managers decided was deemed cool at the time - it was announced she was leaving in a room full of people and the manager basically did a speech about how she couldn't make her number and they tried with her - while she was in the room....?! in front of the entire office. I can honestly say this was and continues to be one of the worst places I have ever worked and will work.
