Pros
Great mentorship from senior management from the highlest level down. Very accessible leadership Hard working culture with a strong emphasis on problem solving and action. Very fun atmosphere - may depend on local management team efforts to keep this kind of environment Develop leadership, management and sales skills in a quick span of time and be rewarded for it both monetarily and in terms of career progression. A place for can-do attitudes and anyone who wants to learn what it means to develop business skills and ownership in a psuedo entrepreneurial role. High autonomy and you really feel as though your work plays a big impact to the outcome of the company.
Cons
This role is definitely not for everyone - but for those who take to it the benefits and rewards will provide exponentially. What you get in a year with Meltwater equates to 5 years in any corporate setting. This is not a cushy job - you will be working hard and in the first couple months investing alot of time (not unreasonably though). You must be open to direct and constructive feedback - something not all millennials are so easy to take on. Your role can be multi faceted as you move up the training program - if you're looking for something silo'd and specialist this is probably not the place for you.
