Pros
The kids are wonderful. The campus is beautiful.
Cons
Management don't care about the staff. They will openly say that ABACs are easily replaceable and even the best staff aren't valued. High rate of injuries, some serious and they will treat you like you did something wrong if you do get hurt. There is extreme favoritism and management will turn on you in a heartbeat if you express an opinion they don't like. Staff turn over is unreal which leads to understaffing and chaos And yet during all of this management expects perfection from the staff that they undervalue and degrade. A $5 wawa gift card is not going to make up for unsafe working conditions and the lack of a sincere "thank you" from people that sit behind a desk while we put our safety on the line to help the kids.
