There were a decent amount of employees that wanted the company to thrive.
Cons
HR is not confidential and avoids conflict. They will not handle any issues that involve management. Management “encourages” their employees to confront them with issues, but once done, you have a target on your back and are seen has not a team player. Harassment and sexism was not addressed, employees with numerous complaints against them are promoted. Leadership does not have a consistent voice. Management has bad mouth all ex-employees, encouraged employees to make fake accounts to boost their reviews and tried to delete negative comments. They will label any negative comments as “disgruntled ex-employees”.
