Pros

Allowed remote work with good flexibility Pleasant and supportive working environment Relaxed and friendly colleagues Attractive benefits package Generous holidays Fun team trips and regular teambuilding events

Cons

Salaries are significantly lower than industry standards Very limited career opportunities Extremely slow career progression When a position opens, the company tends to hire externally instead of promoting internal talent, which feels counterproductive

Pros

Provides a healthy work life balance; provides opportunities to learn and grow; it's a relatively small organization so the work you do feels visible and meaningful; it's also easy to navigate the organization and get support from other teams.

Cons

The relatively small organization sometimes leads to lack of resources/support for certain activities.

Pros

-The Nashua site is composed of <20 employees. The small size of the team means that it is possible to establish relationships with everyone at the site. -The structure is seemingly flat and thus not only are contributions and constructive criticism from everyone on the team encouraged, they are expected. -All of the employees seemed eager and willing to get out of their way to help and to teach. -Interns are expected to contribute and are assigned meaningful tasks with high impact on the products in development. -The technologies developed at this site are cutting edge and thus extremely exciting. -Although the pressure of deadlines always loomed above the heads of the engineers, the environment was always enjoyable. Everybody was capable of taking a few minutes off to relax and to enjoy a good cup of coffee together or to play an intense foosball match.

Cons

-Steep learning curve in a very fast-paced industry. Students whose university program taught them to learn fast will find themselves at home. Others might struggle.
