Pros
None really. There are far better disability providers. I'm off to go work at one myself now.
Cons
Totally chaotic. Management do not care about human beings at all--vulnerable people with disabilities are shuffled from house to house on a whim, their needs are ignored while they are forced to do things they don't want to do because it's "policy", with the bare minimum provided as they're always penny-pinching while their execs drive around in Porches. They used to have a lot of good staff that came over from DHS when Melba took over, but they have mostly been driven away by the contemptuous treatment they received from the company. Now it's just a procession of casual staffers staying a few months and moving on, and the clients are all in a state of high anxiety as a result.
Just a nightmarish, chaotic company to work for.
