Pros
Strong sense of unity. Relaxed atmosphere. Supervisors were happy to take escalated calls. Agents were not fearful of their supervisors, instead they liked them and respected them.
Cons
Pay was around minimum wage. The call center was slam-packed at the end of the month, with agents taking calls back-to-back, but that was the only time it was stressful.
