Pros

The executive leadership truly and sincerely care about the company and the employees. They do try to skirt around paying their employees more, at least in the manufacturing side of the business, but that's pretty standard for manufacturing since most businesses believe that any idiot can make a product.

Cons

The leadership outside of the executive team could not care less about the employees. They more closely resemble slave drivers than leaders. They force their employees to work 10-hour days, every day, while they leave early because they can't be bothered to put in the time that their employees do.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
