      -honestly none but if I had to choose I wish I couldn't stayed longer than seasonally

      Very good salary for part time, loved my team and genuinely felt there was a familial community atmosphere

      Cons

      Extremely hard to manage work life balance, little to no time off, very poor company wide communication
