Pros
- Great place to work! - Large emphasis on workplace culture, lots of events/activities to boost morale - Super supportive team, each colleague is ready to jump in and help when they can - Employees all have a diligent work ethic and this increases the overall feeling of productivity - Dynamic environment that has allowed me to learn lots in a very short amount of time
Cons
- Overall seems to be a great place to work! I will say it is definitely a fast paced work environment, mainly due to the nature of the business. More emphasis on training new employees on systems and platforms used would alleviate any overwhelmed feelings at the beginning.
