Pros
The overall team are great to work with, some fantastic people and customers. Amazing staff in I&D who work so hard to achieve the customer demands, very talented. We have an onsite canteen which is a great asset along with free parking.
Cons
The middle management is so poor, the change in leadership a few years ago was great and this gave us a new direction and focus, we lost some incredible people through redundancies who have all done well for themselves, I don't think we have recovered from their loss and knowledge. We still have a good core here in product, unfortunately most above the SPM role are only interested in themselves and will happily take the glory whilst faking to have your back, apart from maybe two. Lots are more interested in gossiping than actually trying to create something special. Good to see the factory being upgraded, as this was well needed, it was always breaking down. Overall pay is really poor and probably the main reason lots are looking for new jobs.
