Pros

Most products are very good. You can move up quickly if you can take being there. If you are loking to getting in to dental sales, this is an easy place to get in as they require much less experience than other companies.

Cons

High turnover rate. Poor Compensation. They recently lost their entire sales management team (they all quit, not fired)Huge lack of communication and support. The president micromanages everyone in the company. You never are told you are doing a good job and there are no awards or recognition for high acheivments.

Pros

Meisinger is a smaller company with a family culture. I came out of the building industry of 20 years with sales experience and dove right in. The training I received was top notch, they prepared me for what I would see early on and then ongoing training to really help you. The bonus structure is great and the commission is uncapped, so if you are a go getter, you can do very well. Management has been very supportive. I have loved every bit about this career move and this a product you can stand behind and the Dr's love our products. Not everyone is cut out to do what we do, and if you are a slug, this is not for you. If you bust your butt, you are rewarded.

Cons

Of course not everything is unicorns and rainbows. The only thing I can say that would be negative would be that the insurance costs are high, but not the companies fault. Thank Obama and the government for that, but the company does pay towards the costs.
