      Pros

      There are good chances for promotion within if you are a hard worker and show your desire to move up. I do like that even though the Meijer store you currently may have no openings for advancement they still will train and look for openings amoungst the Meijers in their surrounding region.

      Cons

      The hours can be inconvenient at times since Meijer is open 24/7 361 days a year. As with all jobs there is always something undesirable here and there.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
