Pros
Decent enough people to work with. When you're on nights, you don't get micromanaged, which has its own downsides if you've never done it before. You get a pretty restrictive (at least for groceries; non-grocery items are better) 10% employee discount.
Cons
They cut my hours immediately, then did an about face and started scheduling me 40+ hours despite being part time. Getting requests to come in all the time. Adjusting to night shift. Training was minimal. The work isn't very difficult, but it can be overwhelming when you're constantly being moved around and can't build a mental map of the locations you're working. Additionally, you're given a lot of contradictory instructions/requests. I.e., don't flex product, you should flex product and stop sending back so much back stock, make sure you condition the aisle in X, Y, Z way, but stop spending so much time doing it etc. Finally, so many old timers and managers are constantly stressed out, and this naturally bleeds into how they treat others.
