Great old line machines in the Whitney and Bertch lines. Great people in Rockford that are easy to work with and very knowledgible

Upper management too far away to handle the day to day management. Too many "knee-jerk" reaction. Too many "yes men" on upper management team. Does not stay to stated plans.

Work schedule is not very fast faced. Relaxed and set back environment. Pay is decent. Benefits ok but can be improved. Good machines to work with and learn from when given the opportunity.

No growth opportunities Poor management Too much inefficiencies No challenging work Too much competition in market. Old-fashioned and stressful at times Management wants to do everything their way.
