Terrible company - Software Engineer Meet Kai Employee Review

- Working within this start-up environment has given me more opportunities to work on multiple unique projects and has pushed my learning and skills exponentially. I feel more confident in my abilities/skills and everyone has been extremely helpful. - Company is open to propagating ideas and your voice feels heard. There are office hours every Friday where you can pop in and share ideas with the CEO and monthly meetings where questions and comments are encouraged. - Snack Boxes every 2 months. - Great for self-motivated people that are interested in pushing their engineering skills forward.

- Deadlines arise suddenly during crunch periods and expectations are high for due dates.

People are decent. Tech Stack is somewhat modern.

Holiday schedule is pretty bad. Don't expect days off for any other holiday other than Thanksgiving and Christmas. Didn't even get New Years off from what I remember. Vacation policy is unclear. My current understanding is that its unlimited but people set up vacations months in advance. Wish it followed the normal work rule of per Day Out of Office; Must notify your manager half a week before We don't use React.
