- Immature culture and even bullying in plain daylight. - Although some days you could hear a pin drop on the sales floor, they still manage to keep sort of a "wolf of wall street" vibe to the office, where if you move from your chair before 6pm it's "frowned upon" although you're contracted to work less. In fact some days you are encouraged to work even later. - Targets are ridiculously high and as a resourcer or consultant, you'd be on the same incentive targets as a Lead. Promotion targets on perm, unless you're on a lucky streak, forget about it. - Various cliquey groups and favoritism. If you're not in on it, expect to be mocked and not just by consultants but by management too. - At times even when you decided to go with the "work hard and play hard" motto, you're still not recognized.
