- company takes care of the employee, especially with their immigration policies - good work-life balance, and flexibility to work remotely - people are nice to work with
Cons
- leadership still hasn't quite figured out about HF and too many reorgs - job security is not good, seen lay-off every year in almost every business unit - intransparent promotion guidelines
