- HR is a complete front. They are not there to help support employees who are being bullied/harassed and are there to protect the higher-up managers or executives. Retaliation is a real problem! They only care about not getting sued or the optics of their organization, not the actual well-being of their employees. - Outdated performance review system. - People managers who have zero clue how to lead people. - Constant job and department restructuring.
