Very large company with good benefits. Gracious amount of PTO given. Work/home balance was usually good. Great co workers too!
Cons
Management at my location was lousy. I dont know a better word to describe them. The way the production team were treated was horrible. You were looked down upon constantly. 2nd and 3rd shift production were left out of everything do to Management not wanting to come in besides their scheduled hours. So, we were just forgotten about. Out of site out of mind type of thing. Lockers assigned by management for our personal belongings would be given to other new employees without notice. My prescribed medications were thrown away when I had a scheduled day off. Came back to my stuff gone and someone else in my locker. Again, management at my Plymouth location was unbelievable. They no longer have a HR person at each location. You need to call the HR line and speak to whoever answers. Very hard to get back to the same person twice. Its so frustrating.
