Not many. The people below director level care and are good at what they do.
Cons
Too many to list. Upper management (Martha and his direct reports) are horrendous. More concerned about woke, liberal issues, and making quotas than they are with running a good company. Hugo is delayed another year but look we are waving a Pride flag.
