Getting worse every year - Chemist II Medtronic Employee Review

Medtronic unfortunately has stopped innovating and only buys out other companies now. We have perks cut and layoffs every year. The only way they keep their share prices up are to cut costs and headcount. Leadership cuts corners just to get products to market faster. Still a decent company to work for but it will only go downhill in the future.
