Pros
Cant think of any great pros. Friendly and supportive internal staff Great culture with the internal departments especially during events. If you are desperate to get a job then this is the place I recommend.
Cons
Management doesn't care about their employees. They only care about is their business and how to fill their pockets. No proper internal processes in place, people just do their jobs for the sake of it. No respect from the senior management towards their great staff. Pay well under market rate. No proper facilities. High expectations from all departments. Every employee works for themselves rather than a team.
