I just wanted to change the company's field, from tourism to manufacturing/production, sadly i'm working there, unbelievable, Unreasonable salary deductions!! started to search for another opportunity after 2 months of depression.
Cons
Arrogant management with no idea about the real management, isolated from the world in thinking and motivation, very low salaries, no one appreciates anything you do.
