Pros

I’ll start with one fact: This used to be a good company. People were proud to work here. Growth was real. Satisfaction was high. Teams were stable. Talent stayed. And then the new CFO came in. Since that moment, every month is worse than the previous one. The decline is visible, measurable, and undeniable.

Cons

1 - Salary decisions are killing motivation 1 year+ freeze. Workload doubled. People burned out. And the big result? 1%–2% raises. That’s a joke. Inflation alone makes it a pay cut. We basically said: “Thanks for your loyalty - here’s a punishment.” This is how you trigger mass resignations. 2 - Hiring freeze while headcount drops People leave → nobody hired → backlog explodes → pressure skyrockets. This isn’t cost optimization. This is operational suicide. Even students and temporary workers see the outcome: “Run before you drown.” 3 - Promotions and growth became a fantasy High performers are ignored. Favoritism wins. Politics > Results. Ambitious people leave. Low-performers survive. We are building a weaker company every week. 4 - Communication became dishonest Every question gets the same answer: “Soon.” When? How? With what budget? “No comment.” We are selling hope without delivery. And the market sees the lie. 5 - Culture is collapsing People talk openly about escaping. Nobody believes leadership anymore. Motivation is dead. We didn’t lose employees. We drove them away. The CFO Reality Since the CFO arrived: Salaries froze Hiring froze Workload increased Trust collapsed Engagement died Reputation tanked This is not coincidence. This is management direction. The downfall has a timestamp and a name. And for what?
