Managers are lovely and hourly pay is decent

Managers overworked so it felt difficult asking for help as a new employee. Only good if you have another income stream as most work is part time. Need to be flexible as can expect calls at 6am for change of work location

Social events, friendly co-workers, shift work

No safety concerns Old equipment that didn’t work/had issues Management didn’t know who you were - never introduced to them Spoken down to by colleagues “Us and them” mentality between day and night shift staff
