-bought out by private equity and things have taken a toll for the worst
-forcing employees back in the office when hired remotely or hybrid for no reason than "culture"
-benefits aren't great and are super expensive
-leader in Chicago isn't a good leader. People are leaving left and right and have negative feedback about him and he is still in his role not doing well.
-CEO is stuck in his ways with being in the office 5 days a week
