Interview is extremely misleading. Once you start, you are expected to hit unattainable metrics during your time as a “trainee”. I was told that the trainee period is simply for learning, but once a week, you will be lectured and threatened to be fired if you do not hit your “goals” which you are forced to set by management (you are not able to set your own goals). Once again, all of this is literally a month into the position. Management will lie about anything and everything. I was told the position was remote, in fact it is still being advertised as remote, but they were sending us back into the office 3 days a week. Oh, did I mention recruiters only make $18/hr? You could go work pretty much anywhere else and have a better experience (and make more money) than at Medix. I should have known when I started and realized every single person in the office had only been there a year or less - the turnover rate is insane for a reason. Huge waste of time.
