Pros
Very supportive group. Enjoyed working with everyone. Great first job out of college because you learn so much about professionalism. There is a fit program where you can leave 2 days a week early to go work out.
Cons
Long hours. As a recruiter, you stare at the computer and resumes all day long. Prepare for your eyes to be bothered. The fit program is great, but depending on your manager and work load you don't always get to take advantage. For me the hours and pay just aren't worth the work you put into it.
