Pros

Great people, great values, and an awesome first job out of college. The companies mission and values are not just something posted on the website but are things everyone lives by. I learned a lot and will miss working with such great people

Cons

The pay is very low providing few individuals an opportunity to make a lot of money and the majority of employees making very little. The hours are very long and it's expected to be there from 7:00 am-6:00 pm every day. You also are expected to handle correspondence after working hours and get in trouble if you don't handle it before coming into work the next day.
