Great - Intern Meditopia Employee Review

Meditopia is a super collaborative company and they really seek to support employees. If you have a skillset, they will allow you to use it.

The company was sort of siloed - it was hard to get accurate information across teams and departments.

Product team is amazing, most agile product team I have ever seen. I have never seen new features and products being developed so fast with minimum errors.

If you knew Meditopia before 2025, forget everything you know. The year end raises were ridiculuous, stress caused by the management is unacceptable and the environment is super toxic with a few people being Ceo-favourites and the rest does not get neither the appreciation nor the income they deserve. Management loves people who do not question or speak, but follow blindly. If you show and level of burnout or emotion, you are deemed “toxic” yourself. So funny being a mental health company and boosting about how HR department is so important yet not to give importance to any of these yourself as a company.
