There is culture that if you do not understand the work, then you will be out of the company in a flash, without any training or help. an attitude which is indicative of a belittling attitude: for example if you are paid considerably less than another individual, then they may look down upon you. if you stand out due to any short commings then there are no support systems what so ever, they will cut you short in a blink of an eye. Office habits of looking at you with unfriendly eyes, and a culture of talking behind other peoples back.
