Poor management - Anonymous employee Medifocus Employee Review

Like in any medical device sales, you have the opportunity to make great money. You are given a large territory, great budget and the chance to really grow within the company. Flexible schedule which is wonderful as a parent- you create your work week!

You aren't given a company car, and the actual product is outdated. There is also a huge lack of communication within the company making it difficult to really succeed. You are completely on your own; there was no "team" or really even support from other sales reps and coworkers.

Leaving was the best pro I could give. This was by far the worst working experience of my career! There are some evil people working and leading this company.

Management in this company is so ridiculous. They are all in it for themselves an only themselves. There is no team mentality at all to help the company grow. The product is way outdated and the only physicians looking to use it are the solo guys that need the money. The people leading this company are dishonest, immoral, have low to zero integrity, and just plain BAD people!
