      Great Intrinsic value helping people in the community to live healthy lifestyles. Compensation was decent, although the commission scale at the time wasnt appropriate to the amount of revenue a single center was producing.

      Cons

      Very little leadership from HQ in Baltimore

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
