HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK - Center Manager Medifast Employee Review

Highly disorganized. They are understaffed and expect the 2-3 employees that are in the center to do EVERYTHING. They are too cheap to do advertising. Its about who you know not what you know. They fired 6 managers in a week just to pay for advertising in January. They are despicable. They are trying to sell to franchise buyers but the company sucks. They are bleeding money and they are too clueless to know how to get back on track. I would never work their again even if they tripled my salary. You have zero work life balance. You have to use PTO if you want a Saturday off... absolutely RIDICULOUS.
