coworkers friendly to deal with and the they are so respectful and happy to help whenever you need. a very good place to start with in the EMS industry
easy job; lots of down/free time; great co-workers; great for starting out emt's and paramedics looking for some experience before moving on to bigger jobs
Cons
Dispatch never knows what is going on - don't rely on them to know where you are or what you're doing. Minimal benefits that aren't the greatest and VERY expensive. Pay is ok but not great
