Average Company - Production Operator Medicom Employee Review

-The company tells you it promotes internal promotion but every time a spot opens they instead recruit outside the company. -The company have no respect for people working on weekends 12 hours shift, they cut time on pay and they act as if they were generous for giving you 4 hours bonus per week for working on weekends and sacrificing your social life. -The company signed massive lucrative contract with the government but acts really cheap for some reason. -Pretty terrible senior management in place who are failing at their job so the owner has to pay extra for outside help.
