Pros
- One of the nicest places I've ever worked for - Everyone gets along really well inside and between teams - There's always a really family-like and friendly vibe in the Office - the ability to be able to travel far away from the office and from remotely is great for work/life balance - As part of the tech team I can say we're always trying to implement the latest tools and keep up with the newest trends for application deployment, building, monitoring, and performance tuning, so it keeps things really fresh and interesting - Since the company manages a ton of projects this helps making the workflow more dynamic and you don't get bored of working with the same app or website all the time, which happened to me at other companies before - Sharing the work place with mostly people from the US is actually great and interesting for me too
Cons
- Sometimes certain projects can be too demanding on their own, and this can make handling all your other tasks a little difficult - Time management can sometimes be tricky too, because of the same reason specified above
