- technology constantly didn't work
- Medical Solutions stripped away any comparable benefits that us recruiters could use to sell against competitors
- onboarding and payroll were outsourced to another country to cut costs. this ended up adding more onto our plate because the team was smaller, not as experienced, and struggled to keep up with the corporate schedule MedSol expects
- if your nurses get fired, quit, etc. you have practically no way to replace them other than double your output
- this job left me in financial ruin. i tried to stick it out with hopes of improvements and for my amazing coworkers. ended up making less than $60k in 2025 working 55-60 hours per week to try to get to the higher commission levels.
- even though you are remote, your salary doesn't reflect cost of living in your area. had to get a second job to pay my bills (and they frowned upon that)
