Pros
I have been working for the medical department at Synapse/MEI/MKG for over 2 years now. The quality of the people is very high – they are smart and driven, and the work definitely reflects that. I feel like collaboration and team-work are actively encouraged, and medical is very much a valued part of the team.
Cons
It’s an agency, so the workload can fluctuate, and you are expected to be sensitive to client needs, including possible rush jobs. I will say that when I have brought up workload concerns to management, they have been very receptive in addressing my concerns and helping me with my workload.
