Nobody to give the right answer. We felt like we cant solve the problem bcoz there is always break in the loop, and cant move forward.
Their promises are too good to be true and they do lie at your face just to get you in. After that you dont heat anymore, and you are at the field all by yourself.
No one to check you or ask you if you are doing ok or need any help or if we call the supervisors, they themselves dont know the answer and ask us to ask for another person.
At the orientation, most of the teaching are dome by a medical assistant. She is the one telling the Nurse practitioners what to do. - she herself dont know a lot of the answers, how can we ask any questions to her?
Every minute, you work with them, there will be fear of uncertainty, sleepless nights, worry about your bills and so on
Poor mileage reimbursement. 40 cents per mile only Instead of 54 cents per mile, where most people give. You wait for the car for a minimum 3months. But on orientation, they tell you the car is waiting for us - 🙄
