Pros
The company has a good veneer (brand, CEO, company meetings). There may be some good teams for entry-level jobs (warehouse, sales, customer support). They have occasional company events.
Cons
I've been around the block, and have never seen an exec team so ruthlessly profit driven. Customers' lives depend on the product, but are badly mistreated (high pressure sales, not canceling when people ask, billing after someone dies) and easy customer improvements are not implemented. As an employee, if your life does not revolve around the company, you better leave before you get fired. They squeeze everything they can out of a skeleton crew who are so overworked and underpaid they are like a gal in abusive relationship. I've never seen more turnover anywhere, period.
