Pros

You can work from home. - But even that was ruined by micromanagement. Managers do not trust anyone and will watch your MS Teams status and even pull your internet traffic report to make sure you're working. And if you show as offline expect a call to explain why you needed to... answer a call from your Dr., get a snack, go to lunch, etc, without their prior consent.

Cons

MMG has the worst Management I've ever seen. Everything about this company is awful. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire professional career. Here's a taste of what to expect. On paper, MMG looks like a great job. Lots of career potential. And everyone is nice. Till you get in the door... You will be expected to perform 3 jobs that you will never actually be trained on and get paid poorly for one of them. Then have all your work criticized. Have a question? Too bad; MMG is chronically understaffed. You'll have to figure it out yourself because everyone here is worked to the bone and has no time for your incompetence. Don't try to plan any vacations either. Your PTO probably won't get approved. But you might get forced to use it if your internet goes out for a few hours. Expect to get lied to (especially during the interview process), used to advance their cheap unprofitable business, and then be thrown to the curb with little if any notice. Archaic business practices. No standards; managers just make it up as they go. And HR will back the manager every time. So you better be on their good side and stay there. [Even now I'm submitting this anonymously in case I ever have to use them as a reference.] High stress. No opportunity for growth or advancement. Poor benefits. Everything about this company is CHEAP. Try asking for a keyboard for the computer you work on 8 hours a day. You won't get one. You just have to use the keyboard on the cheapest laptop they could afford. Understand right now that you will never have a good idea and taking initiative is always meet with hostility. So don't even try. Just ask how high when they say jump and NEVER ask a question. You won't get recognized for good work either. Unless you mess up. Then it's hammer time. So be ready for a 45-minute lecture every week for the next month. Oh! and it goes on your permanent record. You won't be written up or anything. You'll just hear about it every single time you want to move up, get a raise, get promoted. Even if it was over a year ago and never happened again. Doesn't matter. The list goes on and on. And this is just MY experience. I worked at the top with all the VP's. I saw what they do to others even less fortunate than myself. Things I could probably report to the authorities if I had the foresight to keep the evidence. I could seriously go on for two hours about this place. There is a reason the turnover rate here is 50% under 18 months. Do not work here! - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
