Bad organization resulting in arguments

Pay is always on time. If you are eligible for any bonuses, they will be provided on time too. Team Leaders are helpful, as far as they are allowed to help.

Nothing really works, same issues persist, nobody is really looking to fix anything. Nobody is looking to stay on board for a long time, making the overall quality of services provided hardly average at times.
