      - Great people - Beer on tap - Employees encouraged to change and solve problems - Work life balance - Casual work culture - Open work space (no cubicles) - Time-off polices - Self disciplanary training

      Cons

      Although employees are encouraged to find and solve problems within the company, their "solution" is usually meet with discouragement by upper management. That is to say the cost, change in work flow, or organizational change is considered too costly. This greatly reduces chances for business success.

      Pros

      Very close team, everyone was nice and encouraging throughout the job. The team I was on was fantastic.

      Cons

      Small company so everyone feels if you aren't doing as well fiscally, not doing as well YOY so layoffs.

      The culture at Mediaspace Solutions is absolutely incredible! Truly great people to work with from the top-down and bottom-up. Absolutely loved my time there.

      Workload can be inconsistent but that is standard in media.
