Flexibility with schedule Convenient location (Belltown) Some genuinely nice, hardworking folks Solid medical/dental benefits

Majority of senior staff has left in the last couple years and very few have been replaced Private company run by tightfisted, out-of-state board CEO lacks focus and is rarely in the office; high level of micromanagement means he's often a bottleneck No 401K matching Poor compensation compared with local tech Small staff stretched to the limit Change is incremental and never well-funded Terrible company morale and no leadership, mentoring, or responsiveness to requests for professional growth Absolutely no company culture, no mission statement A couple perhaps undeservedly large egos make for a challenging environment

Our sustainable growth in a competitive and transforming industry is my number one goal. I'm committed to continuing our innovation as a company, and spend a significant amount of my time away growing our business. I'm mindful of the changes happening around MediaNet, and am working hard to better situate us in the rapidly growing digital music space. Our new public relations team helps my efforts abroad to be brought to light. I'm glad you feel our employee benefits are solid. As we mature we continue to look for ways to improve. We have increased benefits each year, including adding an additional week off between Christmas and New Year, increasing health and medical benefits annually, providing additional time off for community service work—to name a few. We always seek to expand our benefits in a responsible manner. I hope you'll be happy to hear that we've recently hired a number of smart folks who I can proudly say I trust, along with our tremendous leadership team. As we grow and the market becomes more competitive, it becomes harder to get to know everyone. I'll admit sometimes I become focused on the execution of our goals, and don't leave time to walk the office and engage. To improve, I'm working hard with individuals to help them grow and expand their leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. Thank you for your thoughts and time.
