Without a doubt, this was the worst company I have ever worked for and the biggest professional regret of my career. From day one, instead of receiving support and guidance, I felt surrounded by people who were more interested in creating obstacles than helping employees succeed. The work environment lacked even the most basic level of respect. Communication was often unprofessional, and employee concerns were routinely ignored. What made the experience even more disappointing was the quality of leadership. Many managers seemed driven by ego rather than competence, showing little understanding of how to motivate, develop, or effectively lead a team. There was a constant disconnect between management and employees, resulting in low morale, poor collaboration, and a toxic workplace culture. Rather than encouraging growth and teamwork, the environment fostered frustration and disengagement. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive workplace, professional development, or respectful leadership.
